APPOINTMENTS: are made with a credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted) to reserve your time . 
No show appointment will be charge full amount of the service and gift certificate will be void automatically. No refunds on gift certificates. We reserve room, products, and therapist time exclusively for your service, that is why 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of your appointment. We appreciate your consideration and courtesy. Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment to enjoy our green tea and to fill up paper work.

LATE ARRIVALS will receive service for the balance of their appointment time. Fees will not be reduced due to late arrivals.

WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHING and sandals is appropriate, leave jewelry at home .We are not responsible for any loss or damage articles.

HOME THERAPY SERVICES can be arranged ONLY at the Front Desk not directly with the therapists.

CELL PHONES must be off or silent mode in considerations to others. “Remember is time to relax.”

GRATUITIES are customary and appreciated. They are not included in our prices, and they can not be added
in credit card.
